method·how we run a project

Four weeks to clarity.
Then we ship
in compounding rounds.

Most agencies sell a 12-week build and disappear. We sell a tight, five-phase project that gets you live in six to eight weeks — then a monthly cadence of growth experiments for as long as the work compounds.

week 1
01

Discovery — listen first.

We audit what you have today. Traffic, conversion, brand, the competitive set, the content that's actually moving. We talk to you, your team, and where useful, your customers. By Friday we know what's working, what's hurting, and what we'd kill tomorrow.

  • Site & SEO audit
  • Competitive scan
  • Customer interviews
  • Kill list
week 2
02

Strategy — a thesis on one page.

We pull the audit into a single-page thesis: what you sell, who you sell to, where in the market you'd win, and what brand voice that demands. You sign off on the thesis before any design starts — everything downstream is built on it.

  • Positioning thesis
  • Audience & ICP
  • Brand voice brief
  • Content architecture
weeks 3 – 4
03

Design — in the browser, not slides.

Brand system, key page designs, motion. We design in the browser when we can, so what you sign off is exactly what ships — no surprises between approval and launch. One round of revisions per page, on purpose.

  • Brand system
  • Key page designs
  • Type & colour system
  • Motion specs
weeks 5 – 6
04

Build — SEO + GEO baked in, not bolted on.

Site build, CMS setup, content architecture. Structured data, fast hosting, the llms.txt file that lets the AI search engines cite you correctly. SEO + GEO is not a phase 6 retrofit — it's how we build the pages in the first place.

  • Production site
  • Headless CMS
  • Schema & llms.txt
  • Performance budget
week 7+
05

Compound — monthly experiments, not engagements.

Launch with monitoring, redirects, sitemaps. Day one we're already watching the funnel. Then a monthly cadence: CRO test, content batch, lifecycle email, paid experiment — whatever the data says to invest in. We bill monthly and stay only as long as we're earning it.

  • Launch & monitor
  • Monthly CRO tests
  • Content sprints
  • Quarterly review

What you get

  • Positioning thesis (the one-pager)
  • Brand system — logo, type, colour, components
  • Site, designed and built
  • Headless CMS + technical handover
  • SEO + GEO structural setup
  • Quarterly growth playbook

What we don't do

  • Big-bang launches with no monitoring
  • Templates dressed up as "custom"
  • Endless rounds of revision
  • Tool-first thinking ("we always use X")
  • Projects we're a bad fit for
  • Lock you into a platform we own
06.
the cadence

Six to eight weeks to launch.

Then a monthly retainer for as long as the experiments compound. No 12-month lock-in, no annual scope dance. If a quarter goes by without the work moving numbers, you stop paying us and we shake hands.

+ a small thing we're proud of — every site we ship comes with a natural-language CMS. Once it's live, you manage it by sentence. "Add a Friday drop, twenty-four loaves, gone by six" — and it ships. No dashboard tour. No platform tax.
